Understanding Nevada Choice Scholarships
The Nevada Board of Education has designated certain taxes to be available for education scholarships. The goal is to provide Nevada families with the ability to choose the education best suited for their family, regardless of income status.
The State does not personally approve grants, but instead certifies Scholarship Grant Organizations (SGO). Those SGO’s process your application and distribute scholarships to qualifying families to use towards the approved school of their choice.
